Couples Yoga

This playful, nurturing workshop is designed to help partners build trust, communication, joy, and intimacy through the practice of yoga. Using a combination of breathing, partner poses, relaxation, and soothing touch, participants will:                                                                      

  • Strengthen connection while enjoying all of the health and relaxation benefits of yoga

  • Learn a variety of individual and partner yoga practices that can easily be integrated into daily routines

  • Develop morning, bedtime, and reunion rituals incorporating yoga and mindfulness

  • Increase attunement and security between partners

Who: Committed couples from all walks of life

When: Friday February 10, 2017

Cost: $65 per pair
